I cannot express how amazing Anna was on our wedding day (and every day leading up to it!). Anna is professional, kind, and beyond talented at her craft.

1. BOOKING: First, as many modern brides, I was looking for an elegant, natural, and simple makeup look for my wedding day. As someone who doesn't wear very much makeup, I was SO nervous to pick a makeup artist. I reached out to Anna and she immediately scheduled a facetime interview where we talked about skin, makeup goals, and my wedding vision in general. Anna was so on top of scheduling calls, making sure appointments were booked, and checking in with me to see if I needed anything. Her booking process was simple, straight forward, and professional.

2. MAKEUP TRIAL: My mom and I visited Anna's makeup studio a month before the wedding for our makeup trials. She greeted us with hot lattes and the sweetest pup ever! Anna's makeup equipment is SO clean, so organized, and so well kept. We talked about all things beauty, and she took detailed notes of the products I liked/disliked, and we talked about any changes we would make on the big day.

3. THE WEEKS BEFORE: Anna reached out to each of my bridesmaids with a detailed schedule and skin care instructions. She also added in helpful tips for the wedding day prep in general! My girls were all so excited to receive her email and it made them feel special and seen.

4. WEDDING DAY: Anna arrived with her assistant and quickly set up shop in my house. Both her and her assistant dressed in professional wears (which made our getting ready photos look so seamless and crisp). Anna worked quickly but carefully and gave each girl exactly the look they wanted. She was such a calm presence (offering me a tissue to catch my happy tears) and I couldn't have imagined the wedding day without her.

When I sat in the chair, she pulled up the photos from my trial run, we talked about the changes we wanted to make (we changed the lip color just slightly), and she got to work! I have truly never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding - but most importantly, I FELT LIKE ME!! Anna highlighted my favorite features and made sure that I looked good both in person AND in photos (my goal!!). I never looked cakey, but my makeup never moved. I never looked greasy in the heat, but I always had a perfect glow. Anna is magic!!

Anna then stayed through the ceremony to provide lip stick touch ups, fans for the heat, and as always, her endless support.
